We care for the safety of our delivery personnel and clientele. Return services may get delayed due to the government's COVID-19 safety guidelines in place.
What is a home if it is not filled with stuff that you love and cherish- and if you feel that one of your purchases is not just giving you the feels, then we will happily take it back for you. You have 30-days to make up your mind & heart.
You can return most of your Home&We purchases for a refund to the original payment method or store credit. Return shipping costs apply.
The item must be in its original condition and intact packaging to be eligible for return.
There are certain exceptions to the return rules we do not take back:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Bundled items
- Customised furniture and kitchen
- Open box items
But if you receive any damaged, defective, or missing product, these exceptions do not apply, and we will work with you to provide the best possible solution.
The order will not be reimbursed for any outgoing shipping costs. This consists of the following:
- $4.99 delivery fee for orders less than $35
- Increased delivery costs (expedited, express, etc.)
- Bundled assembly services with delivery
Furniture Return Policy
Furniture may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they have not been customised, installed and are in their original packaging.
Please verify the following before installing the furniture when it arrives:
- Examine the box for signs of damage.
- Confirm that the product's name and model number match those listed on your order confirmation.
- Remove the package and inspect it.
Refuse delivery if you receive the wrong item or if it arrives damaged. Inform your delivery agent(s) and get in touch with us so we can arrange for a replacement. Once the item has been installed, it cannot be returned.
Holiday Return Policy
For all items purchased between November 1 and December 31, the deadline to return them is by January 31st.
