How many days will you take to complete the order of Custom Furniture?
Depending on the requirements, the time take to complete the manufacturing process would be anywhere from 7 days to 28 days.
I need advice on my design choice/sizing/colour?
We are here to help either at our studio, via video or telephone call. To ensure we give you the best possible service we advise you to book a 30-minute one-to-one consultation.
Is there a cost involved for a design appointment?
No, the first appointment for the consultation is Design free of charge.
If I am not satisfied with the quality of the product, can I return the product?
Yes, we have a 30 days return policy and if you are not satisfied with the quality, you can return the product and get your money back.
I have hired an independent designer/architect and he has already created a design for me, can you manufacture my kitchen?
Sure. We can custom manufacture the kitchen design that you give us, in our own factory, so we can build your cabinets to the exact measurements specified as per your plans.
We already have a kitchen that was designed previously. Can you help with maintenance or updates?

Yes, we can arrange maintenance such as hinge and drawer adjustments and re-surfacing or repairing or any other modifications required as per your will.

From where do you source the wood for the custom furniture designs?
We source our high quality input materials from Europe and Asia but the entire manufacturing process is done in new zealand by our In-house team of professionals.
How much will freight cost?
Shipping will be calculated based on where you are in New Zealand. Go to checkout – Shipping will display after you fill out your details.
What are your warranty details?
We offer a minimum one year warranty on all items purchased, although some items have a further warranty (From 5 years to 10 years on different product lines) - please contact us for more specific item warranty information.
