Shipping Policy

All the orders will be dispatched from Home&We, Christchurch in 1 to 3 Working days.

1. Where does Home&We ship to?
We currently ship to entire of New Zealand.

2. How much does Shipping cost?
All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars excluding GST unless otherwise indicated.
We take great care to ensure that our pricing is accurate and current. We reserve the right to alter and update our pricing and delivery charges at any time.

Prices on this website and in-store may differ. Prices shown on the website apply to goods purchased online only.

If we need to order an item for you, the price shown may no longer be current as new stock shipments may have different prices. We will inform you of the new price and seek your instructions before proceeding.

3. Will I have to pay taxes??
All prices listed are GST included. However, deliveries to countries outside New Zealand might incur customs or import taxes/ COD fees. Please note tax and duties are non-refundable upon the return of an order.

4. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All orders are shipped out within 1-3 business days of purchase from our warehouse in Christ Church, New Zealand. Shipping time frames are in addition to our processing time and vary depending on your location.

As a Home decor we only produce in small batches. If an item is unavailable or out of stock, our team will email you for restocking or alternative options with a free gift.

Orders in New Zealand and Australia are typically delivered within 1-3 business days after being shipped from our Warehouse.

Please note that this does not include delays due to weekends, holidays and any unforeseen circumstances. We do not take responsibility for any shipping delay. However, please email us ( if you find any difficulties, and we’ll do our best to help!

5. How can i track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the corresponding information. After that you will be able to track your order, please allow sometime for tracking information to become available.

6. What if I don't receive the package?
If you don’t get your package 10 business days after it was shipped, please contact us immediately on ( Please also get in contact directly with the post office to lodge a customer inquiry. If the tracking information states the order has been delivered, please request proof of delivery with photo evidence. Please then forward us all correspondence you have had with the courier so that we can investigate on our end. Once the package has been concluded as lost by the courier, we can issue you a replacement.
