Received the Wrong Product

To err is human, to forgive is divine!

We apologise for the inconvenience and the less-than-perfect experience.

Mistakes happen, and if we send you the wrong product by some off-chance, we will get you your original order for free within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a resolution, you must inform us about receiving the incorrect item within 30 days after delivery. To help perfect your order, we may require a photo and/or the return of the original item when offering a resolution. If directed to return the original item and it is not received at our Returns Center, we reserve the right to cancel the refund or charge for a replacement unit. We have the right to deny service for any incorrect item reported more than 30 days after delivery.
