Tracking Orders
Every item we ship is tracked. Each item's status and projected arrival date are list on the 'My Orders' page. Click "Track Your Package" to locate your item.
You can opt in or out of text updates on the "Track Your Package" page. We'll send you a confirmation email with tracking info once the item ships.
Delivery estimates
Before placing an order, expand the "Shipping & Returns" tab on the product page.
If you've placed an order, please remember that shipping dates vary by size.
Small items:
- The estimated delivery date will indicate when the package arrives at your door.
Furniture & Kitchen items:
- The estimated delivery date will indicate when the package has reached your nearest location.
- A local delivery agent will call 30 minutes prior to reaching your home.
