Shipping Time Frame

Deliveries are generally made through New Zealand Post and DHL. Since signatures aren’t mandatory, you can request the package to be left at the door. But it helps if you have someone at the address, missing packages can lead to a lot of heartache and trouble.

Shipping methods 

The cart will display all available shipping options; however, below is a breakdown of when you can expect your product. 

Time frames that include order fulfilment and delivery:

Courier: Within 2-6 working days

Courier Extension: Within 2-8 working days

Select Australia: Within 3-8 working days

Orders placed after business hours will be dispatched the following business day. Typically, deliveries are not done on Saturdays or Sundays.
