Returns & Exchanges
Sometimes things do not go as planned but fret not when you purchase from Home&We. If you have received a product that is damaged or missing part- then we ensure that you do not suffer, and we provide you with due assistance at the earliest.
If the product you received has been unsatisfactory, we will happily take it off your hands. Send it back to us within 30 days of receiving the item and in its original condition with the packaging.
Returns are hassle-free and can be done through our website:
- Visit the ‘My Order’ section
- Select ‘Return Items’
- Choose the return and refund method
- Check your inbox for a confirmation email.
- A refund will be initiated as soon as we receive the item(s).
Return shipping cost is deducted from your refund and the amount will be depend on your location.
For items that are delivered via New Zealand Post or DHL: Bring the parcel to a nearby drop-off location with the label you printed from the return confirmation email.
We can credit the refunded amount to your original payment method or give you store credit that you can redeem during future purchases.
Raised a return request, but there has been a change of heart. Well, we understand your conundrum, so you can always cancel your return request. We would be just happy to oblige!
Did you just change your mind and would love to redo it? Well, we don’t know about life, but at Home&We, you can exchange an item for a different colour, size, or product even. The process and policy are similar to ‘Return’.
You can exchange a product in 2 ways:
Before returning: To obtain the new item sooner, place an order for the new item before returning the old item. Once we receive the return, we will credit your account or the original payment method. Please remember that you cannot use your store credit until we credit your account.
After the return: Proceed as if it were a standard return. After receiving your refund, place a new order using your store credit or credit card.
Return shipping fees are still applicable for all exchanges and will be deducted automatically from the refund amount.
